By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational and contact platform for Napa Story, a documentary video project. It describes who we are and what we do, and lets you express interest in being filmed or recommend a story. The Site is currently a placeholder while we develop our first season; features, content, and availability may change or be removed at any time without notice.

When you contact us or submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it — including any details about a third party you recommend. You grant us permission to use your submission for the purpose of responding to you and evaluating a possible feature. Do not send us confidential or sensitive information you don't want us to have. We are not obligated to respond to, use, or act on any submission.
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Napa Story name, and video — are owned by or licensed to Napa Story and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Any actual filming, participation, or commissioned production is governed by a separate written agreement or appearance release between you and Napa Story, not by these Terms. Expressing interest through the Site does not create any obligation on either side to proceed, and no fee or engagement is implied until agreed in writing.
The Site may link to third-party sites and platforms (such as YouTube and Instagram) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Napa Story and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Napa Story from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Napa County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
